Picture of BlackBerry GHOST leaks. India exclusive? Possibly

@evleaks strikes again, this time with a nice little render of GHOST, BlackBerry’s latest smartphone. Device, designed and built by Indian company Optiemus, sports a smart, premium look. That edge to edge display looks pretty snappy. With that being said, I must get to the unfortunate point of GHOST most probably being an India exclusive smartphone. Reason for this is the fact that it was made by Optiemus, probably for use on its network. Hopefully this will turn out to be untrue and rest of the world will also be able to enjoy GHOST. ...

Banana Returns, or what we know of Nokia 8810 4G

After the success of Nokia 3310 3G it was only a matter of time before Nokia treats us with another feature phone (you know, a phone that is crap but has one or two cool, often nostalgic, things about it). Nokia 8110 4G will have much in common with its predecessor, a 1996 Nokia 8110, the one that got famous after that scene from Matrix (1999)… mostly in the way that its specs are so crappy, they make it feel as ancient as the original. And in the way that they look similiar, too. Other than its shape and colour, Nokia 8810 4G will also offer:– colour 2.4′ display, ...

Nokia 3 has its OS updated to Oreo. Yaay

It is just as we promised – Nokia 3 has just received its operating system update to Android 8.0 Oreo. This update almost completes Nokia’s glorious campaign of updating its latest phones to Oreo. Nokia 5, 6, 7 and 8 all have already had their operating systems updated. The last one waiting for its turn is Nokia 2, company’s budget device. Nokia 3 is no flagship either, which only makes it weirder that the device have received Oreo at all.If you want to get your Nokia 3 updated now, you have to join the Android One program. Some of the more noteworthy functions of that ...

Samsung ”confirms” that it will change Galaxy S10’s name

The above issue was addressed by DJ Koh, the head of Samsung’s Mobile Division, who has spoken to the reporters during the MWC 2018. Koh’s statement was short; he said that there is indeed a possibility that Samsung will not be calling its next Galaxy S series phone Galaxy S10. He said that, while Samsung will probably save the ”Galaxy” moniker, the company might make away with the S10 part, replacing it with something new. While Koh’s words were rather noncommittal, they do mark the first time ever when Samsung took an official stance on the subject of ...

Moto E5 Plus pic leak

Hooray we now know how will the phone look like. Thanks to Evan Blass, may he live forever, an image of the phone has recently leaked online. Picture shows off features like thin bezels (of course…), LED flash module, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a headphone jack (nice).Sadly, no specs, price nor release date info comes with the picture. All we know so far is that Moto E5 Plus might cost around $180, seeing how that was the price of its predecessor, Moto E4 Plus. Here is to hope more info will become available soon. ...

Leagoo S9, or how Chinese try hard to make an iPhone X clone

China, the land of white-gloved oppression and limited Internet, is famous for its iPhone knockoffs. Leagoo S9 is the latest example of Chinese ”phony phone” ingenuity; a $150 clone of iPhone X, and by ”clone” I mean ”Look, it has a notch!”.– price: $149.99,– Face Access phone unlock,– 5.85′ HD+ display,– 8-core CPU,– 4GB RAM,– 32GB storage,– 3300mAh battery (considerably larger than iPhone X’s, got to admit that),– 13mpx dual rear camera,– rear fingerprint scanner.Leagoo S9’s specs ...

Germany, Italy and more countries’ prices of Samsung Galaxy S9

As I already let you know in the post from earlier today, Galaxy S9 will be an expensive phone. For the $720 to $800 it better deliver! How to put it… these prices are the ones promised for the US; outside the land of freedom and apple pie, S9 series will be even more expensive. Due to various taxation and import issues, S9 series will be up to 30% more expensive in some of the non-US countries. According to this list, which I think does not come from any official source, this is what some of the non-Americans will have to pay for Galaxy S9 and S9+:Galaxy S9:Germany – 849 EUR ...

Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus finally officially revealed! Price, specs and availability

The wait was long, but now it is finally over. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+, this year’s Samsung flagships. These two smartphones, just as many other Samsung devices, were a victim (beneficiary?) of multitude of leaks and rumours. Thanks to them, people interested in the subject of S9 could compose for themselves an almost full and, what’s important, almost completely correct view of the phones even before their official reveal. In other words, there will be no surprise; official reveal of the S9 series during the MWC 2018 was little more than ...
