Motorola’s MotoACTV App Updated with Support for Android 2.1

Motorola today announced an update for the MotoACTV application that accompanies its MotoACTV smart watch. The new version of the MotoACTV app now supports all Android devices running Android 2.1 and up (previously it only supported Motorola devices). The application also adds some features. Motorola Says China Still Reviewing Google Acquisition

Motorola today revealed in regulatory filings that its acquisition by Google is to receive an additional round of scrutiny from China regulators. The deal has already been approved by European and U.S. regulators, and is awaiting only China’s approval before the acquisition can be completed.
