ZTE can be seen slowly taking hold in the United States of America, largerly thanks to the relatively low cost of their phones and prepaid wireless service provider tie. ZTE’s newly found success in the land of freedom and justice will not, though, help a one and a half-year old Axon 7 from being discontinued. The phone is reported to be out of production, so after the stock available is gone from the stores, that is it, game over, man, game over. It is already out of stock in the OEM’s official US store. It can still be found on Amazon, where it costs $399.99. Grab them while ...

Google Sneak Peek Detector, or how Google wants you to know when someone is peeking into your phone
Smartphone is nowadays one of the most important, if not -the- most important, every day use objects in our lives. It is a great multitool thatnot only serves as a mean to complete multitude of tasks, but also holds various important information about its user. Browsing history, text messages, bank account info and more can be collected from our device if anyone gets their grubby hands on it. Still, many of those things do not require an evilhacker to take hold on our phone and crack its security – lots of info can be stolen by people simply peeking over your shoulder. To that, Google ...
Honor V10 received an impressive AnTuTu score
Huawei cannot say their latest phone is not getting some decent advertisement! Honor V10 has just passed AnTuTu benchmark, where it received a pretty impressive score of 165,587. Seeing how the phone’s score nearly matches that of considerably more expensive Mate 10 (175,426) and Mate 10 Pro (178,510), it may be a good idea to pass the ”Mates” in favour of honouring the better deal.Get it? Ha haa.Huawei Honor V10 was presented in China yesterday. It will reach Europe on December 5th, where it will probably cost between 340 nad 400 euro, depending on the memory variant ...

Motorola will release the Moto X5 smartphone
Evan ”@evleaks” Blass, God Bless Him, has unearthed another tasty morsel of a mobile rumour. His newest finding is a leaked logo of Moto X5. That logo is also the only thing he dug out, but its very existence is Motorola either planning to, or already working on Moto X4’s successor.Moto X5’s specifications is anyone’s guess. If it will be simply a newer version of Moto X4 then we should expect a water and dust-proof mid-ranger with an approachable price, possibly something between $400 and $600. As for release date, well, Moto X4 came out in October and it is ...
Samsung mocked Apple and now Motorola mocks them both
Hey, guys. Remember this hilarious advertisement about Samsung trolling Apple? Well, it now has a spinoff! The sort-of sequel to Samsung’s ad is made by Motorola. It is called ”Up-Upgrade to Motorola”.What is the story? A young man that we remember from Samsung’s advertisement is leading a seemingly happy and comfortable life. He comes home, sits on a couch and whips off his Samsung, ready to watch a video. His wife, seemingly a guardian angel of mobile telecommunication, stops him and takes out her fresh new Motorola Moto Z2 Play. She takes out a Moto Mod projector ...
Bitcoin is now worth over nine thousand dollars
Impressive. Price of bitcoin grows very fast despite many voices against it – for example Ulrich Stephan from Deutsche Bank categorically denounces it as an untrustworthy investment. Opposition does nothing to stem its grow, though, as a single bitcoin is now worth 9093,26 dollars. Is it a financial bubble, ready to pop at any moment? Or is it the future of the financials? I do not know. All I know is that, if you want to mine bitcoins yourself, you need to buy a very good graphics card and prepare for some solid electric bills.Spend money to make money, I guess.Edit, 15:37: Breaking ...
A massive hacker attack on Imgur has been unearthed, or How Your Data Has Been Stolen And, Three Years Later, Imgur Says Everything Is Fine
If you are Imgur users, you probably already know about it; if not, keep reading. Imgur has just announced that three years ago its servers have come under successful attack by an unknown hacker/s. Attack took place in 2014 and the company has only learned about it now, and only thanks to the help from a third party – namely Troy Hunt, web security expert and owner of the Have I been pwned website. Three years, huh? Either the cyber-thieves that attacked Imgur excel at their chosen profession or Imgur’s security, to put it lightly, sucks a*s.Roy Sehgal, chief operating officer ...
New Snapchat filters recognize meals and animals
Snapchat has introduced new options to the app’s filters. They allow Snapchat to automatically recognize objects on screen: meals, animals, sports items and more. Upon recognizing the object in the picture, filters automatically add proper graphics, as shown in the picture above.New filters are probably the last big addition to the old Snapchat. Company is working on a new Android application. It is supposed to regain Snapchat’s glory, much of it lost in the wake of Twitter. ...
US release of HTC U11 gets upgraded to Android 8.0 Oreo today
HTC promised it and HTC delivered. Back in August, HTC promised to upgrade its U11 OS to 8.0 Oreo. Now, by the end of November, the company is fulfilling that promise in the United States. An over-the-air upgrade should already be available in the land of freedom and apple pie. It weights over 1 gigabyte, so make sure to charge your phone up and connect it to a wi-fi. Sprint variant of the U11 will also receive the update, although a little later. HTC 10 and Ultra are also meant to have their OS’s upgraded to Oreo, though we do not know when will that ...
