This is either some really bad luck or someone is causing these accidents on purpose. First, there was the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. Some time after it, one of Samsung’s factories went up in flames. Now, a Samsung store in Singapore caught fire, and only a day before the official Galaxy S8 release. The fire caused the store, as well as neighboring stores, to be closed (duh). Yesterday, Samsung announced that it will continue selling the discontinued Galaxy Note 7 smartphone line. Sold devices will have new batteries, replacing the faulty ones that were responsible for a large number of accidents.
