We still have to wait until August 31st to have the LG V30 officially revealed, but thanks to a leak provided by Evan Blass (god bless his soul) we get a more or less accurate idea of how will that smartphone look like. Great Battery Recall, or ten thousand Galaxy Note 4 batteries recalled in the United States
This one hurts much less than the infamous Galaxy Note 7 recall, but it is still a dent in Samsung’s reputation. Some time ago, Samsung refurbished a large number of Galaxy Note 4 phones, which were then sold in the US via the FedEx Supply Chain. Unfortunately, some of these phones started to malfunction soon after being sold. Malfunctions included batteries overheating, causing danger of a meltdown or explosion. Upon inspection, it turned out that the batteries in these phones were counterfeit. Ouch… luckily, no major accident was reported so far. It is said that only a ...

Galaxy S5 survived a thousand feet drop unscathed
Phones are relatively sensitive devices. Allow one to slip from your hand and onto the cobblestones and it will break; throw it against the wall in a fit of anger (why did they cancel Regular Show!?!?) and it will break. If you were three hundred meters above ground and accidentally let your Samsung/Huawei/iPhone/ZTE drop all the way down, all you would get in return would be a few handfuls of bits and bolts and wiring to collect.Or would it?According to a story found on YouTube, one Blake Henderson was on a plane, where he was filming another plane (Inception?). Suddenly, Mr Henderson lost ...
