Actually they have been available there since Saturday. Sorry for the late news, my bad. Anyway, HTC has recently released three new smartphones: HTC U11 Life, U11 Plus and U11 Eyes. Unfortunately for the American customers, only Life is officially available in the US. Fortunately for the American customers, they can get Plus or Eyes anyway! All they need to do is order one via Amazon. Of course there are downsides: phones’ prices are larger than if they were sold officially ($826 for U11 Plus and $614 for U11 Eyes), they do not have an US warranty and, perhaps most importantly, they ...

Ermahgerd Apple is d00med, lolroflwpned.Nah, nothing so drastic is going on. Still, few people have probably expected today’s news. AppleInsider has obtained a report from one Ming-Chi Kuo, a well-renowned KGI Securities’ analyst. According to Mr. Kuo’s knowledge – and he is well known for being an accurate source of info on Apple’s doings – Apple plans on cancelling the production of iPhone X line by the end of summer 2018. Reason given are low sales, particulary in China, where many of the potential customers consider iPhone X’s notch as taking up ...
Yaay, more Galaxy S9/S9 Plus leaks
Both Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are to be unveiled at the MWC 2018, by the end of February. That means there is still plenty time left for any juicy leak to make its way to the public. One such leak has just surfaced online. This one comes from ETNews, and it pertains to most of the phones’ specs. So, without further ado, lets get to the juicy bits. This is what the leak confirms:– single rear camera for S9, f/1.5 to f/2.4 aperture, same for S9 Plus but 2 sensors instead of 1,– 8mpx front camera with an iris scanner for S9, separate eye scan device for S9 Plus,– ...
Do not fly a drone drunk in New Jersey, or you will be put in jail
Drone-related accidents are starting to become a real issue in Western countries. Even a good drone – that is, fast and with long-living battery – is something that a regular Kovalsky can afford with relative ease. Therefore it is no wonder that a high number of less than responsible people got their hands on fliers, and even less of a wonder that some of these people caused a number of accidents – like that journalist that caused a head injury to a woman after crashing his drone into a building. Some of these people like to have a drink or six when they go flying. In an ...
iPhone will give us a choice – a safe phone or a fast phone

If you want to refresh your memory/familiarize yourself with the subject, go check out the link provided – if not, continue with today’s news. His Eminence Tim Cook The Magnificent himself has recently asseverated that Apple is preparing a special update for all its smartphones – or at least older ones. This update, that has been said to come online next month, will allow iPhone owners to decide whether or not they ...
Skygofree Trojan, or why should Android owners be scared (again)
Ah, old love. It never fades and it always comes back. Just like this Trojan. Skygofree’s an old piece of malware, hailing back from the go… well, old days of 2014. Lately it made a return, seemingly going back to its old tricks; it can read all the traffic on your phone and even record your calls via a microphone. This Trojan is particulary difficult to remove, as upon installing itself on a phone it automatically grants itself access to everything on the device. Even hard reset may not be enough to get rid of it. Your best bet is to simply avoid any suspicious content (no, you ...
Moto Folio, protective case by Motorola
Motorola has just released its newest Moto Mod. Moto Follo is interesting mainly due to two factors. First, it is the cheapest Moto Mod to date, costing only $11.24. Second, it is not really a Moto Mod.So what it is, then? Well, a protective case. It covers the back and front of the phone and has a bonus of an inner pocket that can store a credit card. The only reason it is called a mod is that it is attached to a phone via magnetic connectors, just like other Moto Mods. Putting that detail aside, Follo is a nifty and inexpensive little thing. It comes in three colour variants – Fine ...
