Samsung Developer Conference continues, and with it a trickle of info regarding the company’s most interesting project shown, mainly the Infinity Flex foldable device. Today we have learned some of the devices’ specs. Its tablet display is 7.3′ wide, with 4:3 ratio, while the Cover Display (the smartphone mode one) is 4.58′ wide with 21:9 ratio. Both displays work at 420ppi resolution, which is not great but at least means that the Flex will consume less battery power than the QHD+ devices: Samsung believes that even with two displays their Flex will keep the battery ...

Rome: Total War is coming to Android smartphones
I have no idea why would anyone want to play such an ancient game when there are many better ones, but oh well. Rome: Total War is becoming a mobile game! First released on PC back in the good old days of 2004 by Creative Assembly, game’s mobile version made by Feral Interactive will come out sometime in winter 2019. Facebook Messenger will give us ten minutes to delete a sent message
It has been a while since the rumours of the above surfaced online. Now, thanks to The Verge, we know more. Well, that is not the hour that WhatsApp gives us to do the same but it is still good. Zuckerberg will not be the only one able to delete his messages now :p. Tweet Vote on HN ...
Hear ye, hear ye. Samsung has finally shown its foldable phone
Samsung Electronics and Samsung Display have joined forces to create a prototype of a device that may very well turn out to be a revolution on the mobile market. Samsung Infinity Flex is a tablet that can be folded into and used as a smartphone. The presentation was somewhat modest – the device was not shown live, but on a video filmed in a poor light, probably to hide many of Flex’s shortcomings. It is hard to blame them, though, after all it is just a prototype.Samsung Infinity Flex in its base form is a 7.3′ tablet. After folding it turns into a somewhat thick but ...

LG patents its idea for a borderless display smartphone with a hole in the screen
LG has just put its latest patent down in the Korean Intellectual Property Office KIPO, and it turns out to be quite an interesting document. According to it, LG is working on two smartphone projects; one of them is a standard smartphone brick, while the other one has its left side curved like a notebook. In both cases the screen, supposedly elastic, takes up almost 100% of space available. Both screens also have an oval sinus in the upper left corner of the display. These sinuses are, supposedly, able to be physically moved around the display. Some people believe that the sinus is oval ...
