Suspension took place on December 16th. It follows a series of tragic plane crashes of this model that took place fourteen and nine months ago. While Boeing states that it has already fixed technical issues connected to these accidents, american FAA still has not completed reviewing the fixed planes. Until its review is complete, Boeing has stopped making more of them and also grounded remaining units. 400 Boeing 737 airplanes are currently waiting in hangars and will be left to roam the skies as soon as FAA completes its task.
