A well known leakster and developer Jane Wong has just tweeted something quite interesting. According to her, Uber is currently working on a way for its customers to order Uber taxi drives with specific drivers. A new option will appear, supposedly under the ”rate this driver” popup, allowing us to add that driver to the client’s favourites.

Right now we do not know how will this option work exacly. Some people believe that, when ordering an Uber, drivers with favourite status will be selected by the system that will prefer them over random drivers; others say that the caller will have a choice between ordering a favourite or nearest available driver.
