At first glance new Nokia is the exact same cellphone that it was before. 2.4′ display, 1200mAh battery, same barely-there camera. Inside, though… list of changes speaks for itself:
– 4G connection instead of 2G,
– LTE modem compatible with VoLTE,
– Bluetooth 4.0 instead of 2.1,
– Wi-Fi 802.11n with Hot-Spot functionality,
– 512MB instead of 16,
– 256GB RAM,
– dual core CPU, 1.6GHz,
– YunOS operating system, basically a modified Android.
As of now the device is only available in China. People smarter than me believe though that it will be released on European markets during the February MWC 2018. We shall wait and see.
