iPhones do not crash often, but even Apple products are not safe from fails of modern technology (insert anti-fans’ moan). Older iPhones’ way of restarting was to press’n’hold Hold and Home buttons until an Apple logo pops on-screen. Instruction on how to do that is a bit different in iPhones 8 and 8 Plus, though:– press and release Volume Up,– press and release Volume Down,– press and hold Hold/Sleep/Power until the Apple logo appears on-screen.If my simple and clean instruction is still somehow unclear to you, watch this ...

While it is all well and good to know what the more-or-less professionalists think about the OS, but I think one should also know the ”little man’s” opinion. That is why I scoured the web in search of people’s comments about the iOS 11 and gathered them into a small compendium for you to enjoy:– few people treat iOS 11 as a revolution. Most users consider it an evolution ...
New Android Oreo issue. It can cause your smartphone to restart out of blue
This particular issue touches Google Pixel XL. Report from Android Police states that updating Pixel XL to version 8.0 causes that smartphone to often restart with no clear reason. Issue has been reported to Google but the company says that it is, quote, ”Won’t Fix (Not Reproducible)”. Going back to Android Nougat fixes the issue, which proves that the fault is on Oreo’s side.It looks like it will take Google some time to solve this problem. Perhaps it is a good idea to hold off updating to Oreo until ...

It may be called Lite, but it is no pushover. Specifications of Huawei Mate 10 Lite, codename ”rhone”, were just leaked online by Evan Blass, and they promise us a very solid, high-class smartphone.
