It is rare for me to write about phones’ hardware here, but this time it would be difficult not to. Snapdragons, made by Qualcomm, are arguably the best CPUs for mobile on the market and the coming of a new one is always an important (again, arguably) event. Okay, enough with the preamble, lets get to the meat of the news. Just remember that these news are not 100% officially confirmed, so take them with a pinch of salt:

– Snapdragon 845 is said to be complete by the mid-2018,
– Samsung Galaxy S9 might be the first device with 845 on board,
– CPU will be based upon a TMSC cores built in a seven nanometer technological process,
– Snapdragon 845 will, supposedly, be around 30% more efficient than 835 was,
– it will also be even smaller.
