Samsung presented a new model of tablet-S3 Galaxy Tab 8.0, which has been officially approved by the “China’s Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center”.S3 Galaxy Tab 8.0 does not look significantly different from its predecessor Tab S2 8.0. It has the same dimensions (198,6×134,8×5,6 mm) and weight (272 g). In addition, both tablets are characterized by such similarities as AMOLED display (1536×2048 pixels), dual cameras 8MP and 2MP (rear and front), 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal memory (which can be expanded via memory card) and a battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh.One difference is the fact that S3 Tab 8.0 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is powered by a Snapdragon processor octa-652 (4xCortex-A72 of 1.8 GHz and 4xCortex-A53 with 1.4 GHz). For comparison, Tab S2 is powered by octa-processor 4 which is an efficient Cortex-A57 (1.9 GHz), and further 4 is more energy efficient Cortex-A53 (1.3 GHz).As you can see the new Samsung has a slightly better quality than its predecessor.
