This is either some really bad luck or someone is causing these accidents on purpose. First, there was the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. Some time after it, one of Samsung’s factories went up in flames. Now, a Samsung store in Singapore caught fire, and only a day before the official Galaxy S8 release. The fire caused the store, as well as neighboring stores, to be closed (duh). Yesterday, Samsung announced that it will continue selling the discontinued Galaxy Note 7 smartphone line. Sold devices will have new batteries, replacing the faulty ones that were responsible for a large number of accidents. Huawei will be working on a bezel-less phone
Yu Chengdong, CEO of Huawei, has stated that his company has plans of creating first in the world, 100% bezel-free smartphone (a phone which whole front side is covered by the display). Mr. Chengdong has not shared any more information on this most ambitious project. First leaked picture of the Huawei Honor Note 9?
Huawei has promised us a good batch of new phones this year. One of them is the Honor Note 9 model, which first life picture ever has, supposedly, just leaked online. Other than its looks (if this really is the Note 9), we know very little about this model: it will supposedly have a dual camera, a substantially large 6.6′ display, HiSilicon Kirin 960 SoC and, presumably, a 6GB of RAM. Oh yeah, the most interesting leak of the week! Samsung fans, rejoice, as now you can watch someone typing really quickly on Galaxy S8.…Ehm. Yeah. Watching the upcoming Galaxy S8 in action is always nice, but nine seconds of someone hitting the virtual keyboard over and over is not particulary informative. A cool story that came up on BBC a few days ago. A four years old boy noticed that his mother has lost consciousness (and no, we do not know the cause).
