HTC has said that it is going to reconsider its planned purchase of S3 Graphics now that S3 has lost a patent case against Apple in court. S3 makes graphics visualization technologies used in PCs, game consoles, and mobile devices. It sued Apple over patent rights and was handed a defeat by the U.S. International Trade Commission this week. Nokia Siemens Networks today said that it is restructuring its business to better focus on the mobile broadband and services markets. As part of the broad reorganization, NSN plans to cut 17,000 employees from its global workforce by the end of 2013. Samsung delivers Android 3.2 Honeycomb update to Galaxy Tab 10.1
