THe U.S. International Trade Commission today pushed off its decision regarding the patent lawsuit between Apple and HTC. The decision — already delayed by more than a week — was expected today. It has been rescheduled for Monday, December 19. Depending on what the ITC decides, HTC may be banned from importing some of its smartphones into the U.S.
