Even though we hear more about iPhone 8 every day, we still do not really -know- that much about it. Yes, much rumours and gossip is afloat, but almost all of it is unconfirmed leaks and guesses. Well, today something came up that can be said to be an embodiment of all that we do not really know about this smartphone. Benjamin Gaskell, a creator (artist?) already well known for this kind of work, has just posted a video of an iPhone 8 mockup online. Geskin’s mockup features, among other things, a lack of Home button under the screen or an iSight camera with two lens placed on top of ...

Old Nokia phones turn out to be popular sex toys for the ladies
He, he, he… ehm, excuse me. According to a survey on Agents of Ishq, website about everything sexual, a considerable number of women have confessed to using their old Nokia cellphones to pleasure themselves. Those ancient Nokias are said to be so good at their, ehm, secondary duty that many women kept them in their drawers even after they moved on to talking, messaging and browsing with smartphones. Homemade Sex Toys website seems to confirm this finding, adding that, quote, ” Having a sex-only cell phone vibrator also means you can keep your everyday cell phone pristine. You ...
Nothing is free in life, or Google plans to cash in on Google Assistant
Google offers most of its services for free (unless you count in the amount of information it collects on you; if so, then it already earns enough), hence no wonder the company tries to find new ways to make profit. Rumour is that Google plans on making money with its Google Assistant. How? With, well, ads. cringes from all the booing* I know, I know! It sucks. Or at least sounds like it may suck. I mean, who likes ads? Advertisements are the bane of modern Internet and the idea of them encroaching into electronic appliance is very much frowned upon, and rightly so. All we can do is hope ...

Samsung rolls out a large Galaxy S8 maintenance update; connectivity issues fixed among other things
Update bundles together all the changes made in this month’s security release. Main host of fixes is directed towards the issue that Galaxy S8 has with Bluetooth connectivity, e.g. a glitch that made the user’s phone restart when attempting to control music playing through a wireless speaker. Ouch. Interesting, and somewhat weird, is the fact that the update weights exacly as much as one released last week in India, even though the changes in the two are described as different. Chance, error, conspiration of Samsung’s evil reptilian overlords? Who knows. Anyhoo, the update ...
Timbre, a free video and audio editing app
Made by development team Xeus, Timbre’s slogan is „Cut, Join, Convert”. App allows the user to edit mp3 files and videos; you can split and join videos and soundtracks, remove parts of them, add or remove sound from the video and more. Application is simple to grasp and easy to use, though it is said to be a tiny bit glitchy. With its simplicity comes a somewhat limited capability, but it is more than enough for an average smartphone user’s needs. Want to make your own ringtone or looped video? Timbre has your back.P.S. It’s available on Play Store and ...
Samsung Galaxy S9, or some rumours on the next Samsung flagship
This rumour comes from The Bell, a South Korean publication. According to the Korean reporters, Samsung is already working on the next flagship smartphone, Galaxy S9, even though the development process was supposed to begin around August. Device’s codename is said to be Star and Star 2, the latter standing for the larger of the two models. The Bell believes that the phone will be ready for sale in around ten months. Galaxy S9’s, if that even will be the phone’s name, specification is unknown except for one rumoured detail, saying that it will possess Samsung’s ...
