One thing iPhone X does not lack are various problems it has. It is fragile; its OLED screen breakes in cold; it suffers burn-ins. Well, I suppose it is now high time for some audio issues, is it not? It seems like a growing number of iPhone X owners take it to the Internet to complain about Apple’s newest flagship’s audio. What is the problem? When listening to music or other audio – even phone calls – from the phone’s front speaker and at 70% to 100% volume, iPhone X owners are presented with an annoying, unnatural ”crackling” sound. New midranger coming up – Samsung Galaxy A5 (2018) confirmed
How do we know that it is coming? Because Samsung has just released a support page for the device on its South Korean website. Technically speaking the support page is for a so-called SM-A530 device, but seeing how A5 2017’s model number was SM-A520 and 2016’s model number was SM-A510, logical conclusion is not hard to see.The support page is pretty empty, though, not offering any information on the device. Some of the rumours circulating around the A5 (2018) are that it will sport a 18:9 ratio, 5.5′ screen, 4GB RAM and either Exynos 7885 or Snapdragon 660 CPU, as well as ...
iPhone X again. This time it seems that Apple’s new smartphone does not like cold
Shame it was released in late Autumn, then. A growing number of iPhone X users reports issues with X’s touchscreen when in cold temperatures, i.e. outdoors. Here is the very first Reddit post that comes up when searching for the topic:I’ve noticed that my iPhone X screen becomes very unresponsive as soon as I step outside. It literally takes 2 seconds from going inside to the cold outdoors and my screen stops being very responsive. I try swiping on websites and it doesn’t register my finger. It’s very noticeable. Is anyone else having this problem?Edit: possible ...
iOS 11 received another update
Few days ago I wrote about a stupid glitch in iOS 11; every time someone tried to type a large i, autocorrect would turn that letter into an A with a [?] symbol next to it. It was an annoying and silly (not fun silly, more like embarassing silly) issue that, thankfully, iOS 11.1.1 update is said to have fixed. That is nice, but was it the only thing the update fixed? Well… the most important one, certainly. The update also fixed a few minor issues, a glitch that caused Siri not to start up and added a few emojis. Wow. The 11.1.2 update is where the real improvements are said to be. ...
