We already know quite a bit about the Sony Xperia XZ1 – I even wrote about that phone yesterday. Today it is time to learn more about the lil’ brother of that phone, Xperia XZ1 Compact. The picture above is not an official graphic released by Sony, but a third-party render. It’s supposed accuracy comes from the fact that it was supposedly based on technical drawing of the device – if true, then it is accurate indeed.

The render shows us that Compact is in fact smaller than the full XZ1, although it is also a bit thicker. An NFC module appears at the back of the phone, which (so I heard) means that the device’s cover will most probably be made of plastic. Phone has no seenable antennae lines. The colour of the device in question can only be described as salmon.

We also know a bit about the phone’s specification:

– 4.6′ screen, HD,
– Snapdragon 835 CPU,
– 4GB RAM,
– black, blue and silver colour variants,
– small 2800mAh battery.

Phone’s price will be 600 dollars.
