The app is called Video Creator and was available only in the new Sony flagships.

Video Creator is a small and a simple app that lets you quickly and easily create short videos for social media which is perfect for the current users.

There is also a function called Auto Edit which stitches together short videos automatically and adds music and effects.

Apart from that the app brings some basic exposure and contrast sliders and can crop and export the video in multiple sizes and formats.
