Nokia has won the lawsuit againt Vivo and this might turn out to be a huge problem for the chinese company.

Nokia has made a claim that Vivo was using a Nokia 4G standard-essential patent (SEP) without any patent licensing.

The court decided that Nokia is right, which means that all Vivo sales in Germany might be stopped and the company will loose a lot of customers.

However there is still hope because Vivois still negotiating a renewal of the patent licensing agreement with Nokia, but is ready to suspend sales and marketing of affected products should the court order it to do so.
