The new camera is said to be manufactured by LG and is called LG Innotek.

This hardware is a lot better than the previous versions.
The picture looks better in general thanks to better resolution and better color varaints as well.

As we all all good things cost a lot, so based on the leaked information we know that Innotek will cost 3 times more than the old camera and it will be introduced with iPhone 14.
