The update description is not very good unfortunatelly.
The only thing that we know is that overall stability of functions were improved.

We hope that the screen flicker issue on S22 Ultra has been fixed as well.

Depending on the model the update might take from 770MB to 820MB, it will be ready for all users as soon as they unbox their devices.
