Yarrr, yarr, the Fortnite pirate’s life is for me. The latest, pirate-themed update to the biggest Battle Royale game on the market (you are still not quite there, Apex Legends, and sorry, PUBG, but you are out of the way) brings in more than just pirate ships, tropical trees and eyepatches. Other changes include:

– flintlock pistol, a new powerful, single-shot weapon. Crouch in order to avoid its significant knockback!,
– return of the Impulse Grenade, strong against vehicles,
– damage buff to the Scoped Assault Rifle,
– One Shot Limited Time Mode, which lowers the map’s gravity and makes only Hunting Rifles and Sniper Rifles available. Basically a lite version of the good old instagib mutator,
– Season 8 Battle Pass,
– number of lesser bug fixes, tweaks etc.
