CES 2019 may have been dominated by the large companies, but there is always some room for the lesser players to shine too. One of them is Alcatel, the company that have just officially presented its two low-price smartphone models, 1X and 1C. Their main point are low prices (120 and 70 euro), although their specs are pretty good for such a small cost:
