3D renders depicting Xperia XZ3’s back and front have been created by the render-makers CompareRaja and leaked online by OnLeaks. Among the most interesting things about the leaks are the glass back, lack of headphone jack and, surprisingly, lack of dual camera. The last detail is a bit jarring, since earlier reports suggested that the device will have a dual rear camera. Oh well. Above the camera there is a LED flash and below it we can find a fingerprint sensor.

Device measures 158.3 x 73.08 x 9.9/10.1 mm; its display has an 18:9 aspect ratio. Other specs of the Xperia XZ3 are currently unknown.
