First release of Android 8.0 Oreo for the Galaxy Note 8 smartphones took place over a month ago. It was pulled back, possibly due to a number of glitches. Now the update is back, and seemingly working (here is to hope…). New firmware number is N950USQU4CRD7. It comes with all the changes expected from the 8.0 Oreo as well as April security update. The whole thing weights 1.4 gigabytes, so get read for some down-a-loading.
