BlackBerry KeyTWO!?

BlackBerry KeyTWO!?

Back in October, Phonearena spreaded rumour according to which BlackBerry is working on the sequel to extremely popular (all things considered) BlackBerry KeyONE smartphone. The device was rumoured to pack a Snapdragon 660 CPU, 1080 x 1620 resolution display and, of course, a QWERTY keyboard. Today the story continues as a very particular benchmark test was discovered on the Geekbench website. Benchmarked phone in question is called Qualcomm BBF100-1. Its listed specifications is:

– Snapdragon 660 CPU, 8-cores,
– Adreno 512 GPU,
– 6GB RAM.

Qualcomm BBF100-1 scored a single-score of 1532 and multi-core score of 4185. Things are not as great as it seems, as there are some indications towards this benchmark being just an elaborated hoax. We can just hope that, even if this benchmark is not legit, it means that BlackBerry understands the popularity of KeyONE and will – sooner or later – work on its successor.
