While Samsung working on a folding smartphone is nothing new (it will be awesome when it comes to fruition, but we have heard about the plans for a good few years now), the company always mentioned it is an outward-folding device. According to a newest report though, what the company is proposing is an inward-folding device with 3R curvature (whatever that means). Does this mean that Samsung abandoned its long-going project and started a new one? If true, this news means that we will probably not see a curved device anytime soon, no matter which way it curves in.
