Is Samsung ignoring Galaxy S8/S8 Plus audio issues?

It has been, what, three days since the last Samsung issue post? Worry not, for here comes another one. This time it’s the phone’s speakers. Some (mind, some – not all and probably not a lot either) of the phone’s owners claim that the audio is cutting off when playing video games, music or movies (thankfully not when making a call; now THAT would be a bugger). Some of those users have discovered that pressing the area two inches above speakers tend to turn them back on when this happens, and pressing this place again turns it off. This led to theories about Galaxy S8 having faulty wiring. Naturally, Samsung itself claims that this is a software issue and refuses to exchange units affected by the glitch.

What do you think? Software problem, hardware? Maybe a one in a million issue that was blown out of proportions by the evil competition? If it is a software issue, how soon do you expect Samsung to deal with it?
