Super Mario Run is okay, but most of us expected more from that game (not me. I didn’t care in the least, and still don’t). Month ago, the game had 78 million downloads, which is great, but only 390000 customers have bought the game’s full version, with all these millions of potential customers staying satisfied with the free worlds 1-4. Even though Nintendo might be let down with its endless runner, it does not forsake the game. On the contraty – it has just released SMR’s first update.

Changelog:

– The maximum number of Toads that can live in your kingdom has increased to 99,999.
– Player icon improvements. You can now display your customized Mii character from Miitomo to really show off your fashion sense! (Note: Miitomo is required to use this feature. Miitomo is not available in all countries/regions.)
– You can now find friends from your Nintendo Account.
– Google Play achievements have been implemented.
– Other changes and improvements.

That isn’t much, considering that „other changes” usually mean minor tweaks to the game. On the other hand, there isn’t that much to Super Mario Run, so maybe the update is sufficient. You be the judge.
