It looks like some regions have unique specyfications of Lenovo K5 Note:
China – 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage;
India – 4GB RAM and ?GB internal storage;
Egypt – 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.
I don’t know will bigger versions be attainable for rest of world.
2GB variant price is around $165 and 3GB costs $315.
