I think that Huawei likes lawsuits because it just started two new suits one in China againt Samsung and another in USA against T-Mobile.
Case with Samsung is probably about paptents. It’s not first case betwin those comanies last lawsuit from may was about unlicenced use of LTE techology, OS and interface in China and USA).
Other case is about violation of 14 patents regarding LTE techology. Rumor has that it can be bargain chip in case from 2014 in which one of Huawei employees is accused for stealing part of phone-testing robot on Huaweis behalf.
