You know Android One brand, right? Affordable devices made for emerging markets. New model is made by Sharp for japanese market and its name is Sharp 507SH.
What distinguish this model? Certainly dust and waterproof because components aren’t greate:
System: Android 6.0 with at least 18 month support ;
Screen: 5″, 720p;
CPU: Snapdragon 617;
RAM: 2GB;
Internal Storage: 16GB + microSD;
Cameras: 13MP rear and 5MP front;
Accumulator: 3010mAh;
Other: dust and waterproof (IP58);
Price: about $100-200.
So as you can see this phone doesn’t imperr with its components but its two major advantages are long living battery (up to 3 days) and waterproof. We don’t know if it’ll go out of Japan but we hope so.
At the beginning it’ll be avaible in japanese Y! Mobile at end of this month in therr colors: white, black and cyan.
