Now we have a new date of release which is November, no exact date yet.

The reason for the delay might be the good response from the customers when it comes to the Nexus 6P pre-orders.
As stated by the company:
Our supply chain is working on priority to fulfill the demand and the smartphones will be shipped out in batches,” said P. Sanjeev, Vice President Sales, Huawei & Honor India – Consumer Business Group. “The first batch of the smartphone will be available in India starting first week of November. We are working closely with Flipkart and our retail partners on the availability of the smartphones to the Nexus 6P fans.”
Meaning you made so many orders that we need to prepare more devices.
