Sony Mobile today announced that effective May 16, Kunimasa Suzuki will become President and CEO of Sony Mobile Communications. Suzuki will replace current CEO Bert Nordberg, who will become chairman of Sony Mobile’s board of directors. Suzuki will be responsible for Sony Mobile’s consumer products and services, with the goal of creating an integrated user experience across Sony’s line of consumer electronics, including smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
