Earlier today Bluegrass Cellular announced that it will offer Apple’s iPhone 4S to its customers starting on May 18. Now regional carriers Pioneer Cellular of Oklahoma, Golden State Cellular of California, and Nex-Tech Wireless of Kansas have announced they will also offer the smartphone on the same date. Apple Releases iOS 5.1.1 with Bug Fixes

Apple today released iOS 5.1.1, a maintenance update for the iPhone/iPad that fixes a number of bugs. Some of the repaired features include improved reliability when using the HDR camera mode, fixed 2G-to-3G hand-off bugs in the iPad, improved AirPlay video playback, more reliable Safari bookmark syncing, and fixed purchasing bug in the app store. Four More Regionals to Offer iPhone Starting April 20

Appalachian Wireless, GCI, Matanuska Telephone Association, and Celcom have all announced plans to sell Apple’s iPhone 4/4S. The four regional carriers join Alaska Communications and nTelos, which announced similar plans earlier this week.
