Galaxy S10 X, the anniversary edition of Samsung’s upcoming device, will be a real beast of a smartphone. 6.7′ display, 6x main camera, 10GB RAM and 5000mAh battery are only some parts of its very respectable specification. The most important of them will probably be the 5G connectivity support, something that is a complete novely in the mobile world. All of this will not be cheap, naturally: Galaxy S10 Lite will cost around 850 thousand won (roughly 756 USD), while the Galaxy S10 X variant might be as pricey as 1.7 million won (1513 USD). Pricey. Will it be worth the cost? You ...

First pictures from the far side of the moon
China’s Chang’e-4 robot continues its mission to scour the Earth’s satellite, kicking dust and taking pictures as it does. The machine currently traverses the SPA basin, geological formation on the dark side of the moon and the one depicted in the pictures online. Lunar rover have met some difficulties in its journey so far – it had to survive lunar noon which ramps up the surface’s temperature to 200 degrees, for one – but so far the Chinese ingenuity has seen it through it all. ...
Bioware says that Anthem will not have any loot boxes
Anthem is causing quite a mixed feelings among the players. On the one hand it is a new Bioware game, fancy and shiny co-op looting shooter with Iron Man-esque flying suits; on the other hand, well, it is Bioware, an (ex?) kind of cRPGs, now making a co-op lootbox shooter. To those of you who do not feel good about this, I have at least some good news: Bioware says that Anthem will have no paid loot boxes. There will be microtransactions, yes, but these will be cosmetic only, with no p2w. Michael Gamble, Bioware’s lead designer, says that adding paid lootboxes would be ...

Firefox 69, which is supposed to come out on September 2019, will block that plug-in by default. Consumer version of the browser will completely stop working with FP at 2020. Tweet Vote on HN ...
