Nokia will begin its Windows Phone assault on American soil early in 2012 with the Lumia 900, according to reports.
BGR reckons the device will boast a 4.3-inch ClearBlack AMOLED display, with a 1.4GHz processor and an 8-megapixel camera.
The Lumia 900 will channel the same look and form-factor as the Lumia 800 recently released in Europe, only with the larger screen. The Lumia 800 featured only a 3.7-inch display.
According to BGR sources, the handset will ship with the forthcoming Windows Phone “Tango” update, which promises to build on the improvements made by the Windows Phone Mango release this summer.
