5-wagon train in Yokohama has derailed itself after a further unknown bug in its programming caused it to change tracks for no apparent reason and hit the barrier. Twenty out of thirty passengers suffered injuries, though only three are major, and none are fatal. The trainline’s owner is currently investigating the problem.
