Google and iFixit will offer professial manulas and original parts for all Pixel Fold owners.

Thanks to this all customers will be able to fix their devices at home.

Thanks to this strategy the Pixel Fold will be the first foldable phone to offer user-repairs.
Unfortunatelly other foldable phone manufacturers provide in-house repairs while user repairs would void their warranty which is stupid as always.

In addition to the iFixit repair tools, Google will offer in-store and mail-in repair options for all of us who can’t handle the repair on our own, which is just perfect.
