Good news coming for all Apple fans in India.

The company has officially stated that they are producing iPhone 13 in India right now.

The factory is located in Foxconn plant near Chennai.
The main goal of this production is to save up on import duties which include a 20% import tax.

This is a great idea not only for Apple, but also local people that can find a place to work and earn money.

The 13 model isn’t the only model being produced in India. Older series like: iPhone 12 , iPhone 11 and iPhone SE 2020 are produced in India as well.

Thanks to this investment the company can make 70% of the phones it sells in India locally.
