Recently there leaked some news about a supposed ban on 5G infrastructure being built in Switzerland’s countryside due to health concerns. Switzerland government denies these rumours. Federal Office for the Environment has indeed written a letter to the nation’s cantons regarding the placement of said infrastructure, but the cantons agreed to disregard FOEN’s suggestions and continue the construction of 5G network as planned.
