Project Titan is the name of Apple’s ongoing, well, project to create its own brand of autonomous, electric vehicles. The project will now be strenghtened by Apple obtaining Michael Schwekutsch, former chief of Tesla powertrains. He is a second ex-Tesla employee to join Apple, the first one being engineer Doug Field. Schwekutsch’s work on improving electric Motors of Tesla devices will certainly be useful for Apple’s own efforts.
