Sweet Jesus, again?, or how it took Facebook two months to fix a large data leak

Long story short, a huge data leak involving well over 120 million monthly users of a quiz website Nametests.com, which’ quizes Facebook published, has been found out on April 22nd. The finding has been done by one Inti De Ceukelaire from Belgium. IT turned out that the quiz website stored users’ data in extremely easily to hack JavaScript format. After Inti reported his findings to Facebook, it took the company two months to act – data leak was fixed on June 25-th. During this time the website was not closed and has been gathering more easily accessible information.

Come on, Facebook… it is really difficult to trust you these days.
