Update, already available in the US, is now slowly entering Europe. There are reports of it being available in Germany, France and Ireland. Other European countries will surely not have to wait long for their turn. Unfortunately, the update does not include the Live Focus camera tweaks, something that Note 8 users have been waiting for impatiently. As for security updates, they are nothing special, just a collection of tweaks and small fixes.

Your phone should inform you about the update with a proper notification. If it does not, go to Settings > Software update menu.
