How do we know that it is coming? Because Samsung has just released a support page for the device on its South Korean website. Technically speaking the support page is for a so-called SM-A530 device, but seeing how A5 2017’s model number was SM-A520 and 2016’s model number was SM-A510, logical conclusion is not hard to see.
The support page is pretty empty, though, not offering any information on the device. Some of the rumours circulating around the A5 (2018) are that it will sport a 18:9 ratio, 5.5′ screen, 4GB RAM and either Exynos 7885 or Snapdragon 660 CPU, as well as Bixby AI assistant.
Device will probably be revealed on January 2018.
