iPhone X is definitely the king when it comes to three Apple phones presented to us two days ago, but 8 and 8 Plus are also very noteworthy – especially since they have a (slightly) more forgivable price and much faster release date on their side. Here is what we know about the iPhones 8 and 8 Plus:
– 4.7 and 5.5′ screens, 1334 x 750 and 1920 x 1080 resolution. IPS LCD panels, 3D Touch tech,
– shatter resistant glass panels on back and front, metal casing,
– 6-core A11 Bionic chip, 2 and 3GB RAM. All six cores work simultaneously, which increases phone’s performance,
– 64 and 256GB pamiêci w obu telefonach, no microSD slot,
– original Apple graphic card & Image Signal Processor,
– 12mpx main camera in iPhone 8, dual 12mpx in 8 Plus, f/2.8 aperture, Portrait Lighting mode. Improved AR performance, optical image stabilization,
– 7mpx selfie shooter,
– fingerprint scanner in iPhone 8, Face ID in both models,
– Wi-Fi, LTE, Bluetooth, USB Lightning,
– wireless charging support, although Apple will not release 1st party chargers at least until 2018,
– IP67 certificate, water and dust resistant.
Apple will start taking pre-orders on September 15th. Both phones will reach store shelves a week afterwards, on 22nd. Their price will depend on choosing either 64GB or 256GB versions of the phone: $699 and $849 for 64GB and 256GB iPhone 8 respectively and $799 or &849 for iPhone 8 Plus.
