Long story short, Apple reportedly wants to offer us a costly new phone with a huge amount of ROM. According to New York Times, we will be presented with three versions of iPhone 8, the difference between them being their memory capacity; 64GB, 256GB and, last but definitely not least, 512GB. Nice, right? Well, that memory (and other stuff) will come with a hefty price. Starting from the cheapest (lowest memory), iPhones 8 will cost $999, $1099 and $1199 respectively.

Compared to the cheapest iPhone 7, which cost $649, the new phone’s price is, how to put it, high. Really high. How do you think, dear readers, will the expense neccessary to buy iPhone 8 mean that the sales will go down, or will it just mean even more cha-ching for Apple? Personally I believe the latter, but I’d like to know your opinion.
