New ZTE phone up and appeared on the Chinese website TENAA, where it received its certification. There is no information on the device’s price, date of release or availability, but quite a lot of technical info on its specification. Here is what TL99 will be packing:

– 20mpx main camera, 8mpx selfie shooter,

I am not sure what to think about this one. It has much of the mid-ranger’s specification, good cameras and relatively large battery, but four-core CPU? That seems a bit low for today standards.
